I think I had a restful sleep. I went to bed at around 12:30 pm and woke up at past 5 in the afternoon. I was still feeling groggy so I went back to sleep again and woke up a few minutes ago, half past the hour of eight. So all in all, it was a good 8-hour sleep. However, I had this long dream of being chased by a big dog (St. Bernard to be exact) inside a mall-like place that turned into a dormitory or something. It was weird. I wanted to find out its meaning so I looked for answers and here are the things I found out:
From Dreammoods:
Awww... this meaning is so nice I dunno what to say. Hehehe. I do have people in my life who exhibit these great qualities ( my hubby, my best friends, my family) and for that I am most thankful.
This could be referring to my singing lately. LOL. I've been singing along my favorite old songs as of late and posting the vids on my facebook. Hahaha! I normally don't memorize songs that well but I was amazed at this old Mariah Carey song (Breakdown) I super liked years ago. When I sang it, I still remember the lyrics. It's not an easy song to sing coz it's sort of "rappy" but I surprised myself when I was able to sing the lyrics well.
From Analysedreams:
This may be more accurate. There is indeed a male figure in my life who I found to be a little bit aggressive the other day and I didn't want to pursue the issue anymore so I let it go which meant I flee from the issue (or so I thought) then the feeling got repressed and found its way into my dream. We already talked about it and hopefully, the issue is now put to rest.
Okay, now that I know what my dream means, I can breathe. Time to exercise and then work, work, work. Happy Monday! :)
From Dreammoods:
To see a dog in your dream symbolizes intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, and fidelity. The dream suggests that your strong values and good intentions will enable you to go forward in the world and bring you success. The dream dog may also represent someone in your life who exhibits these qualities.

Alternatively, to see a dog in your dream indicates a skill that you may have ignored or forgotten.

From Analysedreams:
In dream interpretation, dreaming of a dog, just like a cat, can mean the longing to love or be loved. However, it can have a negative aspect. Women who dream about dogs may be associating them with a male in their life, especially if the male in their life (father, brother, husband) is aggressive and “barks” at them or rages like an angry dog. Dreams of dogs can also be analysed as your own anger and aggressiveness. If you dream of a dog chasing you, this can be your “flight or fight” reaction to some unpleasant situation going on in your life.
