Ingredients:
- half a teaspoon of salt
- a small box (like an empty matchbox)
- a hair or two from a dog
- a pinch of basil
Procedure:
Gather your ingredients together and go to a place where you can be alone. Put the ingredients on a table or any flat surface and seat comfortably nearby.Close your eyes and relax. Take a few deep breaths to clear your mind.Take a pinch of salt in your right hand and throw it over your left shoulder while you repeat these words:
